ooc: hey guys, sorry about the delay, been busy over Christmas/New Years and all..

IC:
James doesnt see Sandy, which is odd because she was close to Shane before he and Saur went into the security room.

Bob deftly kills the grunts that are running at him. However, looking around, the grunts that he had previously killed seem to be comming back to life and lifting themselves up to a standing position.

Peter still stand outside the room he was in. He screams "HELLO! IS ANYBODY THERE?!" in a very nervous voice.

He waits for a response.

Peter gets no response from inside the room thathe just left.

Everyone in the front entrance (Saur, James, Peter) can hear something moving over near the pharmacy


ooc: anyone want the store map re-posted?

OOC: Yes i would.

Peter hears the noise, but is unsure where to go. He looks around for a map of the store.

ooc: store map.. james, Saur, and Peter are in front of the entrance to the right.

ooc: well, this looks pretty dead. If the three of you that are still playing still want to play let me know. If not, I will let you all know what was going to happen and head on my way.

OOC I am interested, less busy now too

ooc: sounds good.. update after the others respond to Saur. Just so you all know, this is all planned to go somewhere, Im surprised we havent finished this by now, but there is a story arc, so lets all jump back in and get this up and running. At least with the 4 of you who are still playing, I can easily kill off the rest since we havent heard from them in ages.

ooc Can i kill one? ....i've already got a good run going wouldn't want to stop now

ooc: I suppose you could. I need a response from kaymeera though before I can let you all go to the back. I am going to track him down today.

OOC: No Change you are killing me off. Back Saurs, back!!!!
I guess I will try one more time. The story line just seemed to be going no where last time and I lost interest. But if you promise somethings going to happen I am back in.

ooc: as soon as I am happy with my update (monday im thinking), we will be up and running again with a more defined purpose. It sounds like the players that we still have are TSO, Saur, and Cyber (right?). Jake can keep playing if he wants to, but seeing as how he is the most recent addition and he hasn't responded at all to whats been going on for weeks I will take that to mean he has lost interest. For now though..

As the Covenant grunts rise from the dead, and are unresponsive to repeated blasts of gunfire from Bob it is quickly becomming apparent that something has gone horribly wrong. As he is getting encircled by zombie grunts he feels a hand grab his ankle. Looking down he sees a zombified Master Chief sans helmet. Attempts to shoot Master Chief in the head repeatedly dissipate off the once friendly Spartan. In a quick and decisive move, Master Chief takes a bite out of Bob's leg, immidiately waking him up. The bite in his leg though would seem to have been real as Bob notices a little rat gnawing at him. Something about the rat looks odd, but bob is quickly able to kill it.

ooc: that is the last update that that part of the store will have until either I wake up Hal, or he wakes up himself. Sure, stuff will be going on, and whats about to happen will happen regardless of which one of us takes the initiative for waking Hal up; but since no PC is awake back there yet, there isnt really much of a reason to go into the gory details.

Opening this eyes, Hal looks across the ground in front of himself. This has got to be the worst day of my life.

Slowing rising to his feet, Hal looks around for any zombie in case he might need to run. But at least I am still alive. And lets keep it that way. I will come see you God later.

The first thing Hal notices is that he was lying in a puddle of blood that seems to have come from Robert. It would appear that Robert has his throat slit. The others are out of sight from his current vantage point but he can hear something that is the combination between slurping, biting and the tearng of flesh. His nearest weapon is out of reach.

James hesitates.
You guys go back. I've gatta find Sandy. Get everyone back up here. I'll be waiting for you.
James tosses the over/under to Shane and begins to search the front area of the store for Sandy, side by side drawn at all times.
