Forums upgraded to phpBB 3.0.10, other code updated, too

Let us know how we're doing on the forums, and pose any suggestions you might have or problems with the forums you may have found.

This morning, I upgraded the forums to phpBB 3.0.10. This normally doesn't take long, but there was an issue where the code was identifying the forums as 3.0.7-PL1, from which we upgraded back in July. It turned out to be a database entry that was off, but it took some time sifting through the code to pin it down. Once I had that, it was an easy enough fix and everything worked.

Also slowing things down slightly was a large number of tiny file edits that had to be made to the RL theme. Well, not all of them *had* to be made. The removal of "proSilver" from a lot of comment headers wasn't strictly necessary, but I try to be thorough.

Anyway, I also updated the Tapatalk version. This adds, depending on your installed app version, multi-quote support, spoiler tag support, and some bug fixes, among other things that we don't have here.

Post here if you run into issues. I'm heading out to do a bunch of things today including eating tacos, meeting new people, and apparently going on a wine tasting (or something--it's at a vineyard or a winery or something), but I'll address any issues brought up as soon as I can.
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

Hey, that's some pretty cool stuff. I wish they'd rework some small usability things in their interface and added BBCode shortcuts, but overall I still really like Tapatalk and have no regrets about getting the paid version. Thanks for keeping that up! However, now I get this problem:

"Cannot connect to forum

This forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum administrator."

Not sure what that would be, as I'm connecting through it. Anyone else having trouble?

I don't know what the problem was (the rest of the net was working fine), but it's working now, as I'm posting this through Tapatalk...
