You are members of the Patron Saints a nation wide organization, though it'd be nearly impossible to prove. Your team and a few others like it patrol the area around the base for several hundred miles, though it's suspected that other organizations are in the same area, it's rare for organizations to work together or even acknowledge eachothers existence. Dispite that there are many known organizations, at least by other organizations, they almost always have a very open public face or source of funds.

mundane skills: navagation, passenger jet piloting, fighter jet piloting, aircraft maintenance, multilingual( 3 languages other than national laguage), gambling, and bartending.( limit 7 skills the more specific the the skill the more precise the knowledge, general skills have loose knowledge if you wan't to be great at something make it a speciality.)

Ok guess i missed a few things so here we go.
Tech is at current levels the organization doesn't have access to it all buthas access to a lot and every thing they need. If it's thought to be needed the organization will provide equipment. Though you can have some consumer quality products just include the reason in your bio and have a job that could reasonably afford to purchase new versions to keep up to date.
Weapons are also provided, starndard issue police style 9mm barrettas with 2 extra clips and silver bullets. If it's suspected that some exotic weapon( like a blessed silver crosbow bolt fired from a sanctified crossbow made from a 200 year old ashwood tree and bathed in the blood of elves) might be needed then the organization will attempt to provide it. the provided vehicle for group work contains a emergency kit capable of dealing with most common beasts.(I'll work on the list of stuff) Based on observation most creatures are just as prone to bullets and other less advanced weapons but there is something to be said about dealing with a creature the OOLLDD fashioned way.
The power of magic is just as strong today as it was on the first day. though beleif has waned so the talent is now overlooked in "advanced society". There are known people with magic ability like voodoo preistesses, aboriginal shamans, and others from "primative" corners of the world though there are people that have displayed massive potential in the "modern" world. Psionics have been observered to be nothing more than advanced magic.
