I've been to Philly. Outside of cheesesteaks and Ben Franklin, Philly's a shithole.

It's not the city so much, as the people. When I think of Philly, I think of a lower class New York. I've met approximately one whole decent person from that city.

Then again, when I imagine what a bag of dicks would actually look like (This wasn't random. It actually came up in conversation this weekend), I imagine the Philadelphia Flyers in a potato sack.
