Yeah, I had a look yesterday just out of curiosity.
I reckon he hasn't bothered renewing his hosting fees since he's no longer an active member.

I made that up. Does that sound feasible?

Feasible but not the case. I looked into it a little more and it seems frappr.com is no more. The company was bought and some stuff was transferred but most of the maps/pages were shut down. Oh well guess we need to find another more reliable site to try another one.
