Isn't that Bavarians?
Oh, who cares. They're all the same anyway.

Yeah, I'm doing half of it. I binge quite a lot but it's the purging I keep forgetting.

Good luck!

Down 2lbs! Yay!!! This weekend will be hard, as it's being spent at a place where there's usually copious amounts of booze and delicious food. >.< We'll see...!!

Today I felt fat. Fish tacos were great at lunch, though. Not even fried fish.

Heh. Fish taco.

Congratulations, Jez. 2lb is quite a lot, isn't it? I think a stone is 14lbs. I'm in the generation where imperial was phased out in favour of metric so well that we now understand neither.

yeah, a stone is 14(ish)lbs, so I lost 1/7th of a stone! Most "experts" say you should aim for 1-2lbs/week for weight loss, as that's what's most healthy. I certainly won't complain about it! It's pretty typical for me to lose that much when I'm actually trying.

Fate seems to be working against me though! I'm finally to the point where my sinuses/allergies/coughing fits have subsided. I feel pretty okay health wise, and I've been able to spend time in the gym on the elliptical. HOWEVER, due to 3 weeks of constant, hardcore coughing have caused me to SPRAIN my diaphragm which causes pretty intense pain on my left side whenever I cough or move around much. UGH. I had to take the stairs at the train station today (escalator and elevator were both out), and just that was pretty painful. :| SOON I WILL RETURN TO YOU, EXERCISE!!!!

And now I am sick(ish), too. And due to laziness, lost only .6 pounds.

I'm such a glut.

Heh.

And the "stone" as a system of measurement is, I think, exclusively British. We certainly don't use it in the US, and we're a nation that continues to hold up a single finger to the metric system. I can't recall having heard an Aussie or Kiwi or any other former colonial using it, though that's hardly empirical.

Ha. I knew there was a reason we'd put on weight since we had a baby.

Unless we are doing any kind of physics or engineering. Merely because it makes the math easier.
