oh hai here is a really poorly formatted chart of the last 24 days of my life. I lost 5.5 lbs. Days without weigh-ins were days without exercise. Every time there is a weight listed, you can bet your buns I worked out for 30 minutes. Calories not listed means I did not record them that day. I actually have calorie listings somewhere for the last three days but I do not know where. I will put them up a little later.
Conclusion: Eating less + medium exercise (you can bet this is not a super hard workout I do) + the occasional weekend mess-up = weight loss. yay.
