ok.. i live in scotland.... I have studied a bit of law. Scotland is TECHNICALLY seperate. Although some things are part of the four countries (wales, scotland, england and N.ireland), there are still separations which CAN deem us independent.... like different banknotes, a seperate governmental sys...
