Well, myIE2 may have a lot of nice features, it is still (as far as I know) based on IE, and therefore expressively forbidden by the Department of Motherland Security . Ouch. Anyway, neither myIE2, FireFox nor Safari can have the best tabbed browsing, because Opera has. That said, tabbed browsing no...

Our page (see sig) is also hosted on Keenspace in addition to our own host. Keenspace has a nice webcomics community, and a template system geared towards webcomics. The main reason we're mainly on our own host is that we need PHP for our dual-language, dual-format system to work (and the fact that ...

Heh! Spot the computer game reference: "Greg! Greg! Greg!" Hint: that's the second largest Pepsi can I've ever seen... Oh, and murf: Depending on how you're connected to the Internet, one (temporary) solution can be found at DynDNS . Just host the page on your own computer until you can mo...

Re: I'm really enjoying the guest strips.

Thanks, I feel better already

Actually, we threw the whole thing together in just about 3 hours, conception to completion. Starting at about 10 at night. So we weren't sure how this would work out ourselves. Plus it's not really our usual drawing style...

Re: I'm really enjoying the guest strips.
todays comic was wierd.... some [guest strips] are not ok....
Ouch! Oh well, you can't please everyone. Maybe the humor is too European (we're actually German). Btw, don't you hate it when you find a typo after it's too late to change it?...

Nope! No testing whatsoever. I just noticed that, when I set it to 0, it blanked the input fields and the line next to the C drive in the little window. I can see where it says the minimum is 2MB, and it still lists my old size as "currently set aside"... Let me just reboot quickly and see...

True. Mea culpa.

That was more for general spam. And my last line still applies, but is hellishly improbable.

Actually, the gates only affect those electrons that follow the rules. There are plenty of electrons that try to leave through the wrong gates. But those electrons can't affect anything electrical, because by that time they have been dishonourably discharged.

@Skorpion: CAREFUL! The "sender" may not be the one who actually sent it. Most spam nowadays uses fake "From:" entries. You may be subscribing an innocent bystander... Unless they explicitly add a response address in the text. Unless it's a "Joe job", in which case the ...

@Deacon: Try "System settings" -> "System" -> "Advanced" -> "System power" -> "Virtual Memory" -> "Change..." BEWARE: The above names were translated on-the-fly from a non-English install, so you'll have to search a bit. You should be able ...

@Teranfirbt: Like this: "If you stick to our rules, WinXP costs you $99 for each box you ship with it. If you don't, it's $399 per box". Simple. In fact, one of Bill's first marketing successes (with DOS, I believe) supposedly looked like this: "What's that? Your customers are asking ...

If you already tried other Linux distros, Lindows is definitely not for you. It's only purpose is to make it easier for Windows users to transition. And to make money for the Lindows company. Even Walmart benefits: I think Microsoft OEM agreements prohibit vendors from selling PCs "without an o...
