Man, that is damn funny. Peter, the Nazi Flag, Swatstika, etc. were symbols for the German National Socialist Party long before Hitler killed Jews. It is irrational and irresponsible to associate symbols with specific actions. Perhaps to the most easily offended, they could instantly think of the Ho...

The extra 256k gives you a boost in certain applications, not games though, They do come with at least 166fsb but any xp can handle 166fsb. If you're going to overclock, they can do about the same 2.2-2.4 depending on your cooling but it's harder to reach 2.4 with a barton and have a high FSB. With ...

Thankfully in the United States there is the freedom of speech and someone can display a swatstika on their property all they want, thus the ridicule of microsoft is rediculous. Not because it's just bitching, or because theyre afraid of the consequences\influences, but because they have a right to ...

I very recently got a powercolor 9700 pro from the egg, a refurb for 151. So far with stock cooling and AS3 to replace that pad crap, I got the core up to 370 and the ram 320(640). I had no problems with any games because I first uninstalled my old card, and also ran a nvidia file removing utility. ...

Well I haven't posted in this for a while but I'm sure you'll all love to hear this. A little itty bitty piece of AGP connector on my Ti4200 somehow managed to come off when I took it out for dusting. So now my Ti4200 is basically irreparably dead (I had a spare crappy pci something card and tried t...

Electrical seepage is the big wall that's being hit, things like strained silicon, soi, etc aren't providing a large enough power drop to keep the seepage to nominal levels and that's why temps are going up so much. If Prescott is to hit 4.2ghz, Intel is going to really have to find a lucky star. I ...

I'm curious, did you just wire your speakers wrong? Do you have the headphone jack going directly to your speakers or what? Whatever the case, you could buy a Y cable, Male stereo to male RCA and than by a female RCA to female stereo, and simply reverse them so the colors don't match, i think that w...

512Mb will do you just fine unless you multi task to the extreme. Right now I have 7 IE windows open, Kazaa downloading 7 files, QCD playing OPM, and Seti@home doing its thing and I'm only using 313MB. Games of course take much more, and graphics design, even more. So if you play 2 games at once, 1g...
