Methos isn't the only one with this issue, though it is both a book and a poster I had paid for at the time. Sent an email on the 6th of October (still have a copy of it in my sent items folder), but have not recieved anything.

Jesus. The guy asked a simple question. Sure, it's been answered before, but it doesn't make it alright to act like a jerk. If the topic honestly bothers you that much, why would you respond and bump the topic to the top of the thread listing?
