I had to comment on this, because this is a personal pet-peeve of mine. I work at a level 2 cellphone repair facility. If we can't fix it in house, pretty much the only thing is if it has a bad transceiver which needs to go back to the factory level for repair, there's probably a 50/50 chance of it ...
