Well...looks like I found my new system to build!!!

Could be your power supply, could be ram, could be your IDE bus, but more than likely I'd start by going to DOS prompt and typing fdisk, deleting ALL partions on the HD with the Winblows install and reinstalling Windows (perhaps it's time to upgrade to 2K?). It'll take some time but it's your cheape...

PC DVD drives actually DO have DVD Regioning on them sadly...especialy if it's a drive made in the past 4-5 years. If you want help in de-regioning the drive and whatever software that came with it (or extra DVD Decoder card...best picture) just shoot me a PM or message me the gambit of ways I've go...
