Re: Greg, Re: Rock Band 'Mystery Set' Issue
Switching to solo tour will get you more songs in that you open up greater numbers of songs faster, so it'll seem to open up quickly, but you have to have seen the song somewhere as playable in order for it to show up in mystery, and that can be seen in either BWT or Solo. The problem is that songs ...

Re: Greg, Re: Rock Band 'Mystery Set' Issue
Well, as mentioned in the Rock Band thread in Entertainment, it's not that you have to unlock the songs in single player mode, so much as you have to have the song available for play in either Solo or Band World Tour in order for it to show up in Mystery Setlists. So, if you've played a Solo Tour ca...

Re: There is a storm coming....
While it's true that you can't remove the battery, and the replacement battery is an expensive $129, you don't have to send it away. They've said it's serviceable in an Apple store, so it's not really any more of an inconvenience than an oil change on your car, only much less frequent. I realize mos...

Re: There is a storm coming....
It's true that you don't need an Apple TV for movie rentals - but only if you're renting standard quality. No HD rentals for non-AppleTV users, which is specifically what I was referencing there. I did specifically say "Oh wait, you *have* to have an Apple TV to get HD rentals", pointing o...

Re: There is a storm coming....
Wow, what a train wreck of a thread. While it's not for me (I have and love my MacBook Pro), I think the MBAir is a great product. It's a very specialized product, but that's okay. They're now offering up all of that multi-touch interface, and I can already do half of it on my MBP, but it makes me w...

I really think he should have used this face instead for the edit.

When Infin and I (and his brother) set up our band, we used The Dharma Initiative.

Re: Seriously... Unpack.
I'll just pretend that stuff above didn't happen. I moved into my house on August 1st, 2004. I still have at least three unpacked boxes. They're mostly old VHS tapes and software CDs that I don't need ready access too, but stuff I don't want to just throw away, even though I haven't seen the content...

New DLC hitting this week: "Action" made famous by Sweet (cover) "Last Train to Clarksville" made famous by The Monkees (cover) "All the Small Things" by Blink 182 Some thoughts in reply to Greg: 1) There's no real way to progress in the game unless BOTH people playing ...

Re: Pictures of RL Online Personas!
My gnomish warrior stands proud 'n' short. He may be small, but he can take a beating! I'm not the most well-geared endgame tank yet, still have like two green items in my tanking set, but also four nice purples (soon to be more, hopefully). I really need a new shield and cloak more than anything el...

Re: Pictures of RL Online Personas!
Wall walking is fun too. Lots of neat places to get to. I'll have to dig up some of the various screen caps I've got. I hate to break it to ya, but wall walking was killed several patches ago. I used to wallwalk to get up to Ironforge Airport. To keep in the continuity of the thread, here's a scree...

Re: Pictures of RL Online Personas!
I felt that the design of Outland in that sense was really pretty creative. Also, you can totally fly into the nothingness, and completely through it too - flying from Netherstorm to Hellfire or whatever, crossing the void. It's amusing. Having managed to get on top of Ironforge and then jump down o...
