I would say that it is the vid card, but I would check the monitor by trying to plug it into the laptop and see if it displays on the monitor. If the monitor comes out good then I would say you should go with an ATI Radeon 9600 or above.

So I am trying to do some mantience and clear my temp files and low and behold I find some thing that wont delete. Anytime I try to delete the file is says that it cannot find comput~1.htm.
