The Forge

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

That comic, The Forge, on Swords Online- does Greg still do it? I just discovered it, and I'm curious.

IIRC, it was done on commission by Swords Online, and when the commission stopped, Greg stopped.

It was good, and I'd love it if it continued, but I'm fine with Real Life for now. It has less fantasy involv... nevermind.

Maybe Bob can make a guest appearance in RL...? :shifty:

SwordsOnline has decided that they want to start doing the Forge again. We just need to work out some things with them first.

I e-mailed them a looong while ago, they said they'd continue The Forge again with the new site lay-out. Guess they didn't stick to their words. :(

I was checking th SO FAQ, and I found this
Q: I love the Forge™ comic strip. Will it ever be updated?

A: Yes, we do have plans to add more to our exclusive comic strip but the author of the Forge is currently in the process of writing a book and has been very busy. Once he has completed it, he will again be making more comics for our website and we will post them.

Greg's writing a book? I've been a fan since last summer, and I never found any mention of that...
