like I said, I'd bring my short sword, most kidnapings are with no weapons
/me sighs

Bring a buck knife or something, a short sword on your person really isn't practical, let alone safe.

Are you people nuts? You're going to a public gathering, not the friggin' temple of doom.

No weapons. None. PERIOD.

First of all, carrying a sword in public is a BIG tipoff for law enforcement to say something about and find something to bag you on, if not that. And no, you won't hide it. That's carrying a concealed weapon, which is a felony, and I am NOT going to jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor by letting him carry a weapon.

I'm not bringing a shotgun or a pistol, so don't you be thinking you'll carry anything in, because the instant I find it, you're out, and if I see you with it when you show up, you get turned away. You want to bring a pocketknife, fine. You can have a blade of three inches or less tucked in your pocket under California law. Anything more than that is going to be treated very differently.

On a higher note, Debbie is definitely going to be there. Now if I can just find out if that art-type guy is going to stick around for a bit after E3...
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

Jail time ain't funny man. It didn't sound like you were kidding, and by the random attitude of this populous I wouldn't put it past anyone.

The first thing you need to learn about Eihger is that he is rarely serious..

Good news!

The artsy-guy will (he says should, but I say we kill him otherwise) be able to make it.
