Seems like the good ol' state of NSW is planning on banning katanas. Not just katanas, but all swords. No offense to any NSWers, but your state is just weird. You have legal marijuana and you're banning swords?

If I can recall from Highschool, NSW does have some kind of legal marijuana if it's for personal use. I hear you can even grow it if it's a small batch. Just looking at my sig and avatar, it would appear that I'm like those gun ownership freaks, except with swords

Dudes. you cant grow/buy weed in australia. it can be given to you the same way as any other dangerious medicin is given. ie you need a doctors certificate and over the chemists counter. and it is used to help with cancer.

as for swords, that's just not cool. although i can see the reasoning behind it, it is still bad for us weapons collectors...

You forget Australia sucks. Yes whitewolf is correct, weed is given to calm down cancer patients, usually for free. which means they usually give/sell it to others.

I think there is also a legal amount you can have in your own home, as long as there are not any minors present or somthing ridculous like that.

being in N.S.W is better than being out in the middle of nowhere australia, i like the city here. I also like having a good net connection.
