I've been doing some research, actually, as to why everyone I know in New Zealand prefers Coke products and most of the people I know in America prefer Pepsi products. I have come to a conclusion:

They make it differently in every country.
In New Zealand, they make Coke taste better than Pepsi.

And therefore, I prefer Vanilla Coke.
Oh look, it's Christmas again!

I live in America. I prefer Coke. Pepsi tastes too sweet, and Coke is fizzier.

I don't really care at all. I used to be totally addicted to Pepsi, but then I started drinking coke and RC cola more... They started tasting the same to me, and now I just drink them for caffiene... I am now addicted to caffiene...

I don't think that most Americans prefer Pepsi over Coke, Elemental.

Do they make Vanilla Coke all the time where you are? It was only here for a few weeks AFAIK.

Pepsi is the minority cola, here. Coke still reigns supreme.

Of course, if you really want to step up to the plate and bat with the big boys, you need to crack open a Dr. Pepper.

Mm. Dr. Pepper. Now that's good stuff.

But, yeah, I buy Pepsi because it's cheaper than a bottle of Coke. It's something like 0.89:1.20 for those big plastic bottles in Pathmark. Unless they've been on sale for a year and a half. O_o
