As it is my manifest destiny to conquer the world and subjugate all its peoples, I suggest you begin working on your resumes to aply for entry into the master race. While jewels, sexual favors, and ancient tomes of mysterious knowledge are appreciated, they will curry you no chicken.

So, why should I not enslave you and/or bury you in a salt mine underneath the Sonoran Desert?

Hmph. You may as well just bury me in a salt mine, since I'd never cooperate with a world dictatorship, anyways. When you conquer the world, you can expect to see me starting riots in the streets and speaking out against your tyranny. I'll never bow to you

I'm an excellent writer. Put me in charge of the press, and I'll be your propaganda machine. I won't hesitate to lie in print if it makes you look good. By winning the hearts of the people for you, I would make the world easier to rule with less military force. Then you can use the extra time and manpower to commision more palaces and giant statues of yourself.

At any rate, I believe I am qualified for some sort of upper-level management position as I got a 31 on my ACT (just 1 lower than you).

Then once I have gained your trust, I will KILL you.

... I have a good friend who has said she'd probably kill herself if I died, and damn if she isn't the most intelligent 17 year old I've ever met...

However, Sneaky is far preferable to you, so I expect I, too, would be a member of the resistance. And with me against you, you'd be utterly doomed to failure. Maybe, after we lobotomize you, we'll keep you in a little room and let you play with your army toys while you imagine that you actually succeeded in taking over the world.

People tend to really like me, so I'd be a great person to have cover for you and quell rebellion when you have a mass genocide or the like. Plus, I'd be fully willing to test food to see if it's poisoned.
