Thankies for the tips Katie. Isa being appreciative. I know it's going to be quite expensive...I was planning almost 500 dollars, I'm willing to put that much into it.

Good observation Saurenath, those are shorts. Mwahahah. It's my first tattoo is on my lower hip, so my pants DO cover it up. It's one that only special people get to see in person...*winks*

Schiffi: I studied Heraldry at school when I was MUCH younger,.... not many family have crests these days,... and the royal collage or arms charges LOADS for them,........ I kno wthe Norwegien branch of my Family has one,..... I'll try and dig out a pic of it,...

Eh, I found a guy from my branch of the family who spent 20 odd some years researching it, so I guess I'm pretty lucky finding mine. Of course it's just a picture of a "SHIP" which obviously means my ancestors weren't too creative. I'm surprised that they didn't go further and put a picture of a "MAN" on there too.

IT'S DONE!!

went okay.. felt a bit ouchie at first.. but at other times I didn't feel a thing..

I had an achy butt in the end though.. from sitting on a hard chair :p
which hurt more than the tattoo
