Actually, pepsi would probably make a better float them coke, because it's sweeter.

But root beer is the only way to go. There's really no root beer in the UK? Sucks to be you =o Try to go to some kind of import store or something, im sure you can find some.

After doing a seach that took all of 2 minutes I found there are atleast 4 brands of Root beer made in the UK.

Heh I havnt checked in a long time, but I think A&W makes root beer milk shakes

they are actually quite good.

Coke floats are just nasty. Root beer all the way.

I'm kinda surprised A&W restaurants don't seem to do that well. As far as fast food goes, they're actually not that bad. They beat the hell out of McDonald's, that's for sure.

That's not really that difficult...

The root beer floats would make the burgers worth the trip even if they weren't good.

Random recollection: has anyone ever had Dog 'n' Suds? Better than A&W, even. Best. Rootbeer. Ever.

Having tasted a lot of differnet root beer's I can say this IC Root beer from the bottle is only a little bit better then A&W and Dog 'n' Suds is 5th on my list.
