For Pi day this year we had a party in my Math Class. The food of choose was Pie. To help out I made Pumpkin Pie. Everyone really like my pie.

To make sure no one eat my pie until Math class I made a sign to warn them. It said
Eat My Pie and You Will DIE!!
The cool thing is I still have it.

How about if you have a special, inane holiday to report, say where the holiday is. It's different everywhere. Hell, Pi day could be any of three or more [who knows] times during the year according to different places.

However, this calls for a comic....

We had apple pie with dinner today, flown in from Europe. Apparently our Division Commander had it done for all the soldiers in his command. Thought it was a nice gesture.

That's my pie story, and I'm sticking to it.

Thats the start of my filenames.. followed by 2 letters for the subject/course/etc and a 6 letter combo that'll remind me of the contents

Nice and tidy :)

YYYY-MM-DD works better due to the sorting logic used by most operating systems and software. Hex would screw that up.

Yes, piss them off, piss them all off, muahahahaha.

Ya know if you moved to an Asian country you wouldn't have that problem. :P

Jan, Feb, Mar... who's the idiot that came up with names for the months?
We had a PERFECTLY working number system already. 一月、二月、三月。

It didnt work before ...
I II III IV V VI VII ...
They had these names in roman times.. even assuming our numeral system. they didnt have a '0' marker!
1 2 3..all fine until 9 10 11.. wouldnt work would it ?

Ahh... yes, the same people who couldn't come up with the concept of a space or punctuation marks if their life depended on it.

The romans had to need for a "Space" defined as a letter.
They did leave gaps between words however, which can be interpreted as a space by anyone with an IQ higher than room temperature.
