Bush: The Missing Years - GQ Article

Granted it is not exactly Newsweek or Time Magazine, but this is some hilarious stuff.

That's...odd. Seems hard to believe most of that stuff.

I find it funny.. the first point in this is a man in 1973

so.. you mean a man in a pub for ONE night, then TWENTY years later see someone who looks like him.. and you are sure its him ?
how can you remember a face that accurately
he was DRINKING so his memory would be worse
yet he can remember a face for that long ?

Hell, unless I know someone and see them quite often for a bit (Read at least 2/3 times in a month for a couple months) Then I cant remember them so much as one or two years later, let alone TWENTY

Not that I believe the article, but RF, you must not have a very good memory. I can notice someone that I talked to once 10 years ago. I may not know thier name, but I remember thier face. That part isnt too hard to believe, it is the rest that seems a little overboard

More or less on the head of the nail, mike. The human mind is more receptive to sight than any other sense, and you can remember visualizations of something in your subconcious for a LOOONNGGG time.

He would have to have more intelligence and 'street sense' than he has to pull something like that off. Let's face it, he couldn't keep from screwing a National Guard assignment up.

There is not a chance in hell that Bush belonged to SUMS.
Personally, I'm more interested in that community service he did, most likely as a lax punishment for a drug charge (cocaine, anyone?)
