Starlinemedia.net problems

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

*Sigh* I don't have my book yet either. :( I preordered it a couple of months ago...and my payment went through just fine. But no book.

I got some sort of form letter from them, in response to my flood of emails, all they said was I was "in queue" to get my book. Supposedly in the next week....but that was 3 weeks ago.

Still nothing....

All I want to do is read the book! geesh....glad I didn't order anything else.

Well ironically I never heard back from the guy I talked to.

He told me he'd send me an email confirmation in a few days about 2 weeks ago now...

Now what the hell is going on with this? I understand when business' have problems but I have about 50 promises completely unfulfilled from these guys. Get it together and give me my damn book I ordered THREE MONTHS AGO!!!!

Take a look at the sticky thread. I don't have time to check it right now, but from what I remember the books are shipping in three groups, the first two groups have been shipped and the final one is about to be shipped. I imagine your book is in either the shipment that just sent, or the one that hasn't been shipped yet.

All five batches of orders have been shipped. If you dont have your book within the week, send an email to service@dominationtshirts.com with the following information:

- what website you ordered from
- what you ordered
- your full name and address used in paypal
- email address used in paypal account.
- the date you placed the order.
or, a copy of your original paypal purchase confirmation email will suffice.

Emails have been sent to every customer that we have on record, though I understand that some spam filters erase our emails. US orders have been shipped priority mail, which takes 1-4 days, and international orders have been shipped AIR MAIL, and that atkes 4-14 days (usually just one week), though customs may delay it, or request additional duty fees etc at the time of delivery, or you may need to pick interational orders up from your post office if they choose not to deliver it.

Additionally, there was a problem with the publisher's database of orders, and some of the information for some orders was not recorded. If you have not already written it to help reconstruct your order, Starline will be providing an email list to their new distributor who has been working hard to fix the proplems that have occurred previous to their involvement in this project.

My story so far..

Pre-ordered in june.
Got charged for 51,95$. (ordered a poster and t-shirt aswell)

Months passed by, not a word. I login to confirm my order is still there. It is.. a few days later I login again and my order is mysteriously lost.
Mail them asking if my order was lost and including my paypal reciep, not a word in response.

A month later I use the webform and mail the same question, takes 2 weeks till I get an answer that they had some problems with their system. They wanted me to mail what I had ordered.

Well, hopefully I'll recieve the items now _ _ .

Heah, right!

Starline Media is just a front for Neodyne's plot to launch a nuclear satellite into space!
