And what is that supposed to mean? Nevermind I don't want to know. Lets get off this subject and back to what this topic was supposed to be about.

Instead of responding to each person individual platforms as they come out, why don’t we just let them all be said and leave the debating for the debates?

If we don’t I have a feeling that it will become repetitive

Or leave the debating up to the candidates.

Shroom's Stance On Everything:

Solve all of the world's problems by unifying all of humanity into a technologically-enabled state of true empathy and constant communication, thus allowing for the individual to have a true voice in all things at any given moment at any given time in governmental choices. The needs of the few would become the needs of all, completly understood and empathaized with.

Weapons permits are a state issue.

Heh.

Shame on you guys for making fun of the Air Force. They control more sheer destructive power then any service, with the possible exception of the Navy. (Naval bombardment = teh win)

1. I agree that we should leave this thread for administrative issues and platform prenouncements instead of debating the issues here.

2. That being said, could there be some threads in which other forumites who are not running could stump for the canidates? I'm run, but I think it I'd probably mirror 95% of the Fuggle/Azurain ticket and really bring nothing new to the race.

That is all.

Yes, because Naval bombardment accounted for something like 3% of Japanese Casualties during the numerous amphibious assaults of WW2. You don't win wars by throwinf half-million-dollar missiles at your enemy; you win it by putting a rifleman in his house. Even in a nuclear war, ultimate victory or defeat will lie in the hands of ground troops. The first thing to go in a full-scale nuclear exchange will be the ability of either side to create more nuclear weapons. Much will survive, and the war will go on. All nuclear weapons will affect is the magnitude of the armies fielded.

Granted, this has nothing to do with the original topic of the thread, but I am disinclined to give a shit, considering how many of my own threads have been perverted.

By the use of quickly developing technologies that break the line between human-machine and human-human relationships. (See below.) I trust that the people will hold their faith in me as their leading Avatar as the uplink methology is perfected.

Shroom, your faith in the inherent good of human nature is staggering. To suggest that the only reason negative behaviors exist is due to a lack of communication is head-scratchingly naive, especially for you.
The follies which a man regrets the most in his life are those which he didn't commit when he had the opportunity. - Helen Rowland, A Guide to Men, 1922
