How many ninjas would it take to defeat a Jedi?

Talk about whatever you feel like.

And no, they're not Shirt Ninjas.

Everytime you say "I don't believe in Jedis!", a Jedi falls over and dies....

Good. Dark side hating pussies had it coming. And no, I'm not clapping to bring them back to life.

Answer three questions.

Why are the ninja's after this jedi?
When in time would this be?
What would the environment be?

Answer one question: why are you putting an apostraphe between the A and the S at the end of ninjas? That's entirely incorrect. I believe the plural of ninja is "ninja" regardless, like "fish" or "deer". For your edification:

No offense meant to miss Sneaky here, but I would say two. (She can be one of them, if you want.) Two is the minimum number you would need to flank the Jedi, at which point both ninja can take full-attacks and apply their sneak damage.

Scale

L. Skywalker
A. Skywalker
C’baoth
Yoda
etc etc etc
academy reject
Jar Jar with a light saber

umm...I'd jsut like to point out that without a lightsaber jar jar managed to take down many many droids...just think of what he could do with a lightsaber...I mean come on, his kill count was higher than obi-wans...

Back on topic, it would take all the ninja's in the world to take down a jedi master, a knight might fall to 15 or so, a padwan would struggle with 5 and one of yoda's kids he was teaching could probably take on one in an even match...I mean come on, when was hte last time you saw a ninja not jsut stop a laser beam but reflect it back at his nme killing the nme in the process?
