Sitting in front of you is your favorite selection from a Chinese takeout restaurant. Beside your plate lie three packets: one containing soy sauce, the second containing sweet and sour sauce, and the third containing hot mustard.
You may only take one. The fate of the Republic lies with you, so choose wisely.

If by sweet and sour you mean "duck sauce" then by all means that. It is teh besto for egg rolls. Any other dish typically is fine without the mentioned sauces or comes with it's own sauce.

For egg rolls, I prefer to have a base of Sweet-n-Sour/Duck with a healthy dollop of hot mustard on top, then use the egg roll to mix it up.

I ususally go with Duck Sauce on mooshoo (or however it's spelled) and spring/egg rolls. I generally only use soy sauce on pot stickers

What, you're not going to tell us? Does it involve the seeds of life?
