I HATE MOLOCH

I was playing Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance a few hours ago, and it pissed me off SO much. I was trying to beat the game with Quan Chi, so I got passed all the other challenges by all the other Kombatants. And finally I got to the level where you must defeat Moloch, the evil flesh eating demon. I studied his moves. The moves are:

1. Cheap Swing
2. Rock Pound
3. Asshole Rush
4. Wave Your Arms in Laughter
5. Little Rock-Punch

FIVE MOVES!!? What kind of bullcrap is THAT? Oh yeah. He blocks every hit, and directly after your attack, he lets go of his cheap asshole block and attacks you when you're off guard. And eventually, he does his cheap 5 moves, until you're squished into the wall and you can't move. He does his cheap Little Rock-Punch to you 5 times, and you're dead. Sonya was angry.

So you see... I'm going to set MK Studios on fire. Not just any regular old fire.. maybe like a... "Fire of Ultimate Doom". Yeah. This sounds good.

TopCat fails again

Anyway, as with most MK games, you just beat him at his own game. Wait for him to attack you and then hit him. Repeat ad nauseum. I remember playing MK3 on my PC and I beat Shao Kahn with Cyrax first because I could just web him. He would either get hit with it or block it. Either way I'd run at him and uppercut him. Next was Shiva. Just jump on him a lot, he either gets squished or blocks, whereupon you uppercut him. Works well, you know. Try uppercutting him a lot.

Aw, I thought you were talking about the other Moloch ... the industrial machine that dehumanizes us, that consumes us and lubricates the gears of industry with the blood of individuals and excellence.

And its only a rant about a video game that's not even that good.

MK3!? On the PC!!? How did you survive it? Some reason, I can't play a fighting game without a joystick or a gamepad. It aint happening with a keyboard. Sorry PC, I only like you for your FPS's.

Oh yeah. I'm talking about MK DEADLY ALLIANCE, not MK3. For the XBOX. I either forgot, or Gowerlypuff couldn't tell which MK I'm talking about. And Fuggle, DA was a good one. But not as great as the Moloch you were talking about. He was cool.
