Pepsi X

Post by Samson X » Mon Nov 15, 2004 11:28 am

So I walk into a small store one day and ask the lady at the counter for a Pepsi. As to my request, she turns around and hands me a Pepsi, except it turns out to be a "Pepsi X"

Well, it turns out Pepsi X is a new product - its like a regular Pepsi, but it has extra caffeine, and guarana!
I'm in Russia right now (temporary position) so I've kind of lost touch with things back home - Has Pepsi X reached the North American shores? Will I be able to enjoy my Pepsi X when I return? I, for one, sure hopes so! :)

Check it out!

Energy Colas aren't that great. Of course I only know of the one Rockstar makes. It tasted horrible. I had to force myself to drink it.

Man, all these new Pepsis and I havent even seen one yet. All I can say is WTF. Anyone else miss some of the old pops that never quite made it? Such as Surge? I loved that shit.. Looked like antifreeze. And Kick Cola. That stuff was great too. Just my rant...

Hmm, we had Pepsi X here in sweden for awhile during the summer, but now I can't find it in any of the stores here.

So my guess is that they only market tested it here and moved on :/
But I do hope they bring it back, cause it tastes great. :D

It's widely available in the Netherlands (I think in 0.33l cans, 0.5l bottles and 1.5l bottles) :).

No Pepsi X here in New Mexico. We've got "Holiday Spice" (which isn't half bad, though quite unusual tasting). But no X.

Surge, was the shit. I used to drink it by the 2liter.

That really depends on the drink. Mt. Dew's "AMP", I absolutly love. I'm also all for Red Bull. And naturally you can't forget Bawls. The only problem with them, tends to be that they're hellishly overpriced.

Aw, Jolt, thy sweet sweet taste for us late night college students with all night papers to do, Jolt, where hast thou gone?
