I'm not a big fan of the turkey dinner and such, but the turkey sandwiches later really hit the spot.

I feel for ya Kits, I worked 75% of my shift and EVERY one of my customers said "Happy Thanksgiving! I'm sorry you have to work!LOL". Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I had turkey and stuffing and corn and watermelon jello and strawberry milk and banana cream pie and ice cream and XBox and Halo2.

The ending sucks.

Is Thanksgiving bigger than Christmas in the US?
I would say Thanksgiving is more like a preparation for the family before Christmas, just so everyone knows who to avoid during Christmas.

Seriously though, from what I've seen, Thanksgiving is more like a big family get together, almost like a family reunion, with people from all branches of the family attending. Christmas seems to be more for just a small piece of the family. And if you want to measure bigness in pure dollars, nothing beats Christmas, IIRC.

My family had dinner early yesterday to accomodate my having to work 4pm-1am. Joy for being required to work 2 holidays a year.
