Onterio is full of idiots, they aren't all idiots. I mean they are right next to the French and we all know Stupidity knows no borders.

if stupidity knows no borders, why is one's position reletive to French speaking people relevent at all? And if it is not reletive, why mention it?

If you want to insult someone or a group of poeple, at least make set it up so your statements actually relate to eachother genious!

But if its concentrated around a single area, an area which, by the way, is defined by political borders, then I would say that would would show evidence of stupidity know borders.
