FBO?

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

I'm asking here because I couldn't find it elsewhere on the site.

For those that don't know, an FBO is a Fixed Base Operator. It's the business on the airfield that handles most aircraft services. I work at the Rancho Murieta Airport... not an FBO really, just the business owned by the airport. :)

Awesome! So us "lazy" pilots can come and pay you a visit

Unfortunately I don't have the latitude yet to take a cross-counrty out to cali. Oh well, maybe someday when I have to do one for training. With the 3800'x75' its just enough for an assault strip...now if only it were stressed for Single-Tandem at 90+K.

Sorry that it took so long for me to respond and check this post. I was out visiting my wife...hadn't seen her in 5 weeks. Oh the joys of training :-P
Well, at least it's almost done with...then hopefully she and I can move at the same time to our next base together.

No prank calls thus far - and we don't have a site because I haven't designed one. The Powers That Be©®™ decided we didn't really need one. If they changed their minds, I'm probably make a shitty little page, because I don't care enough about my job. :D

The important thing is, do you have to do FOD walks?
No person was ever honored for what he received. Honor has been the reward for what he gave. -- Calvin Coolidge

Today's liberals wish to disarm us so they can run their evil and oppressive agenda on us. The fight against crime is just a convenient excuse to further their agenda. I don't know about you, but if you hear that Williams' guns have been taken, you'll know Williams is dead. -- Walter Williams, Professor of Economics, George Mason University

Nope - not yet, anyway. Don't you DARE call the airport manager. :D

We're a pretty small airport, it's not really a big deal. *shrug* Never been a problem before.

I bet you'd love a call about the master sword.
*ducks*

I'm glad that it isn't too bad though - I've seen interviews were you give out that info freely. Remember the Paris Hilton hack? Those numbers were hit hard.

Hardly. :) I've NEVER had an encounter/incident/anything with a fan regarding the comic. It's cool. :D

Besides - I'm the ONLY ONE HERE. SERIOUSLY.
