Well, if the soilders were under the influence of the aphrodisiac and suddenly became "gay", wouldn't that be a boost to their morale? I mean they wouldn't think about it until after the stuff wore off. Besides thats a stupid idea. What about those in the military that are gay? Do they suddenly become straight?

I know of a type of crowd control device that upon smelling the fumes a person's bowels evacuate themselves quite quickly. Now thats a morale killer right there!

With hot, dry, friction-heavy love?

Most certainly not!

There'd be a B-52 with a lube bomb right behind it.

"The Pentagon: Carpet bombing love and joy to the world since 200X"

I think I like the idea of blowing holes in people better than using Gay-Bombs and the like.

did you guys all miss the part where it says
The 1994 plans were for a six-year project costing $7.5m, but they were never pursued.
and
"none of the systems described in that [1994] proposal have been developed".

He told the BBC: "It's important to point out that only those proposals which are deemed appropriate, based on stringent human effects, legal, and international treaty reviews are considered for development or acquisition."
??? <-- needy little bastards.

But the fact that these ideas were even pitched to the pentagon in the first place... very humorous.

I love the fart bomb one. I could just picture American soldiers hunting down the enemy:

"Ok, we know he ran in *pffpt* OVER THERE! GET HIM BOYS!"
"No, that was me. I had beans last night."
