What's probably the 3005th Congratulations Thread

Post by Ridureyu » Fri Mar 18, 2005 8:25 am

Congratulations on getting married, Greg and Liz!

I want to wish you the best in EVERYTHING that you do, and I'm sure that you have lots of friends there to help/pray/advise/whatever for you guys.

Seriously. Even though I don't know either of you remotely, I'm still really happy to hear about this, and excited that the wedding date is finally (just about) here.

Also, here's a tip: DO NOT SAY WHERE YOU ARE GOING FOR YOUR HONEYMOON UNTIL AFTER YOU RETURN. People WILL "meet up" you, trust me. My parents had a similar problem with a "friend" trying to tag along all over europe. I don't remember if they were able to ditch him, or not.

Anyway, congratulations once again!

It's not creepy at all to be happy for people you don't know. In fact, total apathy towards those you don't know is what I find kind of disturbing.

Anyway, we all know Greg and Liz in a way. Mr Dean has put lots of effort into entertaining people HE doesn't know, I for one am appreciative of that, and I am also happy for them.

Congrats from me too :)

I wish nothing but the best, and I hope that in many, many years from now you will have grown happier and closer together. Best wishes to you both, in all that you do.

Yes, Congrats to Greg and Liz, my sister is getting married tomorrow! I'm leaving monday for basic training, So it's been busy!

Greg and Liz,

I hope you have many many years of happiness and love. Words of Wisdom about marriage: It takes two to make marriage work, but only one to mess it up!

Oh and Greg Remember: Wives have the talent to make arrows shoot out of there eyes when you do something wrong in public, watch out for that!

I want to throw my congratulations in too, you can have all of them...

you deserve them!

Greg, you've been one of the highlights of my day for the past 3 years or so, not just the comic, but any rants or changes to the site too.

Liz, you're one of the best things that has happened to this comic and this site ^_^

Tavaunum's right, quoting Jiminy Cricket: Let your conscience be your guide.

Again (how many threads have I said this in?), congratulations.

And to paraphrase kizba's sig (which is, in itself, a paraphrase of Robert Jordan): An unhappy wife is like a hornets' nest in your mattress.
(continue to?) treat Liz like a queen, and all will be well.
