no, its even better, and more over the top. I LOVE how its over the top.

I know this is going to sound bizarre, greg, but, do they, by any chance, have a jeep grand cherokee in this game? I mean, I know it can't compete with say... a ferrari.. but, with 700 CARS? I'm thinking maybe they may have just snuck my car in? Although with the mods I've put on it.. It is a sleeper anyhow..

meh. i can't play a racing game without wanting to shoot someone with a missle. too much twisted metal 2 and wipeout for ps.

GT4 is awesome however my favorite racing game has to be Jet Moto 2.

Did anyone see Nike's concept car in there? Its called the ONE. Its both beautiful and hideous at the same time. It has an 8-speed automatic transmission and the driver sits head first. Think of it as a motorcycle with four wheels, and kinda... with this sort of big fiberglass... canopy that... never mind. You have to see it for yourself. Its nothing short of freakish.

Yeah, the Gran Turismo series of games is amazing. I'm still impressed that there was no version 1.1 of GT3, and I'm hoping for the same from GT4. Just out of interest, how many of you are playing this with either the awesome new official wheel or some other wheel, versus just the regular controller? I have "wasted" so much money on Gran Turismo wheels over the years...

It's constantly falling apart but I love it anyhoo. heh heh, the kind of reputation through the stories I tell of it has gotten it the name, "The Doom Buggie". Seriously, about three critical pieces could fall out and it'd still run. Darn thing's indestructible.
