Post by G.C.1129 » Tue Mar 29, 2005 7:05 pm

lol this is pretty pathetic.... im pretty sure that someone in this forum (like greg dean) actually did this but here it goes. tell me which final fantasy you liked and answer the poll and which one you are currently playin. and also list the characters too.

ah crap! too many options. oh well... i'll just put the recent ones and then you say if you like the old ones

None of them. I played FFX for a while, but decided they sucked up too much time for what is essentially a comic book.

Bah, both the two best Final Fantasies ever fall under "other": VI and Tactics.

It stole 10 hours of my life. I don't remember anything of it. All I know is that I wasn't having fun, I just couldn't stop playing it.

StruckingFuggle got it in one. Though, I did like IV.

Skorpion, I like Final Fantasy, but couldn't get through FFX. It was just way too boring. Please try another FF. I'd recommend Final Fantasy Tactics or Final Fantasy VI.

G.C.1129, this poll is horrible. It only names the games that have been in the main series since the Playstation was released, and this topic was covered not even two months ago.

9 is the best, but seriously, this poll has already been done at least 4 times that I can remember.

IV was rather good, too... but I'd still argue not as good as VI or T.

But, Arc, also, you spoony poster, look at the dates! The poll you linked is OVER A YEAR OLD, not two months old. :p

Spite us?

Piff ... if you wanna miss out on some good games just to 'spite' people, go right ahead. :)

Point still stands, though. This topic is way overused. And it always receives the same answers.

Eight had one of the Worst stories ever. I enjoyed MQ more.

FFVI was my favorite.

Yeah, it is one of the most common polls here.

(also, I seem to remember reading somewhere that VIII wasn't even originally supposed to be a Final Fantasy game, but towards the end of the development it got turned into an FF game so more people would buy it ... 'course, that could just be jibba-jabba. Anyone else heard the story?)
