What would you like to eat?

Part of a food tech assignment I have is to make a new food. Pretty much all we're doing is changing and fiddling with recipes.

I've been mainly playing around with ice-cream, I've made ribena, musk and peanut butter and jelly ice cream thus far.

I was wondering, if you guys had any more suggestions or if you've ever dreamed of a new type of food you'd love to try.

Ugh, Nutella.

How about molasses? And you don't know for sure if Vegemite ice cream will taste bad. If you use vanilla for a base, I imagine, the flavor might be interesting.

You might also try various soda flavor ice creams. If you could find a way to catch carbonation in ice cream, that would make a VERY nice flavor.

Of course, all these flavors have probably been tried before.

some of the best flavours are from pre existing products. like mars bar icecream: chocolate icecream with caramel and lumps of nougart. a variation is snickers where u can add nuts. i cant think of any candy bars which would make good icecreams dfor now

FYI vegemite in anything will taste horrible. im convinced theres no vegemite in heaven.

Rice icecream? The soft, sticky kind of rice, not the hard and dry kind..... I mean, it worked well with peanut butter. Why wouldn't it with vanilla icecream?
