Ever been recognized by an authority?
It's of course just a little thing, and I've been recognized by various professors and what not, for my writings, but it still makes me happy.

When I was in high school, I pushed the dress code limits at an after-school event, so the next week they enforced a new rule in my honour, ensuring that it would NEVER happen again. I didn't get mentioned by name in the notification, but it felt good to know I caused a little commotion at a school board meeting
