PEPSI!

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

Not only does corn syrup taste worse than sugar but it's harder on your teeth because it's more residual than sugar.

In America, first you get the sugar, then you get the power, then you get the women.

It's about half a pint, a normal glass.

I used to go through a case(24 pack) of Dr. Pepper a day. I have since slowed down to a 12 pack of Diet Dr. Pepper a week.

Holy shit, how did you not gain like 1000 lbs? That's around 3600 calories! It takes like 3500 to gain/lose a pound I believe. Holy shit. I thought my former 3 or 4 cans a day habit was bad!

I polish off a two liter bottle of soda a day.

I LOVE Mountain Dew.

I used to drink a 2 liter of Pepsi of Mountain Dew in a 12 hour shift when I was woeking on the AF base...Then again it gets a bit difficult to stay awake for that 12 hours when all you have to do is stare at a bunch of parked airplanes.

BTW HTRN, I figured you would like that

Try Mountain Dew with some southern Comfort. That is some good stuff.

And it does sorta describe me to a "T" don't it? :D

I was setting up a website company with a couple of mates about 10 years ago, and we spent three months living exclusively on Mountain Dew, M&M's and 2 discount cooked chickens on a Sunday night (like, $1 each after midnight from the local supermarket).

We didn't sleep much. No, we weren't exactly bundles of health. Got the job done though! :)

I could see that... I drank a lot of Southern Comfort in the 80's with L&P - which is a local lemon softdrink...sort of like Lift ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lift_(soft_drink) ) only more minerally.

It was like taking something sweet and sweetening it - just what a healthy teenage body needs! :)

I found ginger ale and SC later in life.
