hello from sunny Manchester, uk

Post by nooboo » Mon Aug 22, 2005 5:56 pm

hello all, I am nooboo, call me noo, i seem to use my nick now more than my real name any day ( and no it is not a planet in Star Wars, thats naboo. i only say coz i been asked that about 20 times this week alone)

i stumbled across the comic in bored desperation, i had broken my wrist ( which just goes to show that u should never ever fight for connection to enemy territory with ur fiance when he has a black belt and all u have is your nails) i couldnt read a boeok properly, play any games, and to top it all off tv is out too coz of the stupid new flat we have moved to. thansk to my habit of reading comics from the start, i have spent the last few days being highly entertained (for which my warmest thanks goes out to Greg) and not missing my gameing too much.

i know i use a lot of online abbreviations try to cope, at least for the moment, left hand typing is hard enough, it does not help that i was starting to learn dvorak layout on top.

so a rather long hi, glad to be here and hope u r all ok.

Broken Wrist? ouch.

Well, at least you can still leave the house.

Most of us are seriously not "OK" but that's what makes us interesting.

Please tell us of any fears or phobias so we can taunt you mercilessly.

fears well i am always tempeted to say Anatidaephobia just because i find it ammusing (*though i am sure it is not really)

i like fps games such as enemy territory, and i run a clan for it. also like online games such as planetarion. i seem to spend a lot of time role playing and mucking about with magic the gathering since i met my partner.

i have a great love for discworld books, and red dwarf, though do read a lot of sci fi and fantacy books.

i fear that i will wake up and find yet another one of my fiances improvements means he has yet again blown a motherboard. oh and make and hair spray i may be female, but i just dont get the point behind it.

taunt away

Oh hell no. I'm not falling for that one again.
I would weep, but my tears have been stolen.
I would shout, but my voice has been taken.
Thus, I write.
