And color commentary! Preferably off-color commentary.

With chili-dogs! And a fat slice of that cheese-grater cake!

You are aware that Sweden is the one place in in the world where you have to pay the HIGHEST price for a bottle of Absolut :P?

Its redicilous, i go on vacation and can get a bottle for like half the price...

Oh well, it still does trick of getting you very drunk, very fast, and very enjoyably :D I probably should have broken in those 3 "shot-virgins" though. Had to carry one home, and the rest managed to get home by liberal use of other people as crutches.

It makes perfect sense. Swedish exports dont have to pay swedish alcohol tax. Which is insane.

Yeah, kinda weird how that works, but then again many items would fail to be exported if you were triple attacked with tax, imagine running down to the local store and buying a bottle of Absolut and paying the Swedish tax, then the import tax, then the local sales tax? I don't know about you but I'd be damned if I paid 50 buks or so for a fifth of the stuff.

On the up side, if I get to go to Germany I can buy a European car and not pay the sales tax :P Can't tax non citizens on large ticket items, unless it's land or a home.

Yeah, i understand the logic of not having to pay export taxes like that, i meant OUR alcohol taxes are insane. But hopefully they will be lowered by 40-60% soon :D

And i pay close to 50 bucks for a bottle of Absolut :P

We have crazy welfare here, but we have very low commodity taxes. Our system is basically fueled by a huge income tax and nasty little things like stamp duty and capital gains...

Seeing the schoolgirl uniform posts reminded me. Yesterday I was in Wendy's, and these two chicks came in. One was dressed in the kind of typical pr0n-esque school girl uniformn with the funky leggings and what not...and was wearing "goth" style makeup. She looked to be a new college student age wise...as did her friend. However, I was with another female friend who has a kid (no, it's not mine), and I figured 1. it would look bad if I went to talk to her, and 2. she's too young anyway. 18 is legal, and she looked 19 or 20, but I'm not like totally into the mall yaknow?!

Oh, I thought because she was obviously too young for you and you were with a friend and her kid that it would NOT look bad for you to go talk to her to find out wtf is wrong with her. I'm not sure wtf, though, because you just turned 23.
