Alright, *just* to be sure, you did email brian providing him with your desired name and password and he did get back with you telling you everything was all set up and ready right? If so, trying to copy/paste your username/password from his message, so that you are *sure* it is exact. If that still doesn't work, try to email Brian.

So, um, if you send an e-mail, I'll probably answer it, but the preferred method of communication is via PM. I've been kinda AWOL this month, but I did a mass catchup today, and so anyone who's requested space should now have it.

Interesting stat of the moment: There are currently 106 web users set up, and almost 4GB of stuff. I may have to examine a few of these folders and make sure people aren't hosting stuff they shouldn't be. heh.

So yeah - look at the VERY first post on this entire thread. It has all the details you could ever want. :D

Just a quick question for Brian: How much is a reasonable amount to store on one's FTP? I've got about 10 meg, 375 k right now, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't taking up too much space.

Space really isn't a concern to me. If you're using 10MB, that's fine. If you need 20, go for it.

Really, the only things I ask is that you not share any content that's covered by someone else's copyright (mind you, avatars are usually considered fair use so no worries there, I'm talking like programs or music that you didn't create/mix, etc). I'm not too worried about the space just yet. :)

Send a message to Brian that appropriately begs him and the answer is: maybe. :D

I don't care who's right, who's wrong, or what you meant to say. Only thing I care about is the Truth. If you have it, good, share it. If not, find it. If you want to argue, do it with someone else.

Hey, Brian, is it allowed to have small Wav files for stuff like Xanga on the account?
I'm talking 1mb, very possibly less.

(edit: NVM, it's all going to be copyrighted music anyways. Copyrighted in Japan, but still copyrighted :? But anyways, is it allowed to have stuff like sprite-rips and such on it? I do that a lot )
