Is it still to late to get an account?
It never was too late, so it's not still too late.
Forgive me, I just came over from the grammar thread to here.
Look at the very first post in the string and follow the directions - if I ever have to shut it down (which I probably won't have to), I'll change that first post. Otherwise, you can assume safely that the offer is as good today as it was on initial posting.

Reading Perl is like reading music. It can be a little hard to get into at first, but once you can read it, it's like food for the soul.

Go figure - I say that the requests for hosting had gone stagnant, and then I get four all at once.
We just hit seventy people using the hosting, and twenty-two people using the e-mail. That's so awesome. I'm glad that people are using the hosting.
Fun side note: We're at almost 20GB of bandwidth for the month. w00t! I'll post some fun stats in a separate thread at the end of the month.

I want to take you up on that, really, but I can't think up a new password to give you. Maybe you can randomly generate one and PM me it, when my account is set up? If I have to make up my own I will, but it'll just be random characters.
hahaha i don't come to these forums anymore

I've just finished working on an issue with the second person on OS X who's has problems, and here's what they found.
So, if you're having issues and you're on OS X - you need to get another client or figure out how to set up that authentication thing.I downloaded an app called FTP Thingy. It works great. Apparently with the Unix substructure OSX can't modify drives on another machine, without certain authencitifcation installed. FTP Thingy works, and if any OSX user has problems direct him/her to Versiontracker.com and tell them to search for "FTP Thingy".

here's a temporary idea for you to add to your own thing.
I got it from here
After you understand how to install it (the readme helps a lot) then its easy.

Dunno if thats necessarily such a great idea. You may want to limit it to a password that you give to the enduser or somesuch. Or just police the uploaded files real hard.

I'm planning on the second one, and I hope to take it down as soon as Brian the Brain puts up a more official one.
I'll delete your image right now
