interesting use of a microcontroller, but for shear wattage, I'm gonna post pictures of house near here - the guy had to upgrade his electric service to supply the christmas decorations... :shock: Something like 40,000 bulbs.

This was discussed over at the Whiteboard by fellows more knowledgeble in the black arts of electronics than I - and the conclusion they came to is that it's real, just filmed really badly, and doing it with a microcontroller would be relatively easy for somebody familiar with such devices.
