Confession: I'm going to meet my seminar leader now to try and persuade her to let me pass the class even though I've never attended ANY of the sessions

I have this habit of picking at the dead chapped skin of my lower lip, which just creates more dead skin to pick at and I can't stop and it hurts. :(

I do the same thing...I'm quite frequently chewing on my lower lip...
