I'm with Deacon this time. Mandy Moore can actually ACT. Next time you're at a video store, check out a piece called "All I Want" with Elijah Wood. Good quirkiness factor in that.
As for teeniebopper music, I will only confess to buying Christina Aguilera even before she started writing her own stuff. And listening to Radio Disney for a while, moving me to buy an A*Teens single.... um...

If I had to pick a blonde teeny-bopper type gal, I'd pick Shakira. At least she used to have non-blond hair.
