I'm with Deacon this time. Mandy Moore can actually ACT. Next time you're at a video store, check out a piece called "All I Want" with Elijah Wood. Good quirkiness factor in that.

As for teeniebopper music, I will only confess to buying Christina Aguilera even before she started writing her own stuff. And listening to Radio Disney for a while, moving me to buy an A*Teens single.... um... :shifty: ...TIME FOR ANOTHER INEXPLICABLE MUSIC TASTE POLL! *dashes off to Polls*

Hilary Duff? I'd hit it... but I wouldn't listen to one of her albums all the way through if you paid me ten thousand dollars. She can't act for shit either.

If I had to pick a blonde teeny-bopper type gal, I'd pick Shakira. At least she used to have non-blond hair.

I'd listen to any kind of music for that kind of money. Hell, I'd listen to it twice.

How about Charlotte Church? For one thing, she can actually SING.

Don't know that one. I'll go look. I have a soft spot for Shakira though, I once dated a Brazilian girl that sounds just like her.

Yes, which is why you find her in "Classical" instead of "Pop". We're talking about Teeniebopper type 'singers'.

RD: What can I say, it was catchy. At least it was the one song that I heard, and not shelling out for the actual album.

another difference, Shakira can ACTUALLY PLAY INSTRUMENTS! I think it's a shame to mix Hilary Duff and Shakira together....
