(By "interacts with," I took that as physically interact with, not just see. Although I do see where you're coming from... I dunno. My interpretation offers slightly more power to Disguise Self, so I'll use that.)Disguise Self
Illusion (Glamer)
Level: Brd 1, Sor/Wiz 1, Trickery 1
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 min./level (D)
You make yourself—including clothing, armor, weapons, and equipment—look different. You can seem 1 foot shorter or taller, thin, fat, or in between. You cannot change your body type. Otherwise, the extent of the apparent change is up to you. You could add or obscure a minor feature or look like an entirely different person.
The spell does not provide the abilities or mannerisms of the chosen form, nor does it alter the perceived tactile (touch) or audible (sound) properties of you or your equipment.
If you use this spell to create a disguise, you get a +10 bonus on the Disguise check.
A creature that interacts with the glamer gets a Will save to recognize it as an illusion.
(Also, for the half-dragon template thing, keep in mind that I have to review everything the characters do. If I allow something even when it's not according to the rules as written, then it's safest to assume it's a house rule. Just letting you now so we don't fill up half a page again. XD)
(And Urza, I guess you're right on the Kemchi probably just passing time thing. Still, I don't want him to feel obliged to post, just post if he's feeling well enough.)
The merchants go on to explain to Ekzier that all he has to do is guard the ship in the Aledwy's third port. They've gotten more confident since piquing his interests, and began to speak as if in a normal conversation. They finish by adding, "It'll take a good part of the day, but we'll give you 50 gold."
