Bah, I agree, 5 days is nothing, but it seemed like a nice op. to post one my new "This RP is dead" macros...

(After the lack of updates this is going to seem so anticlimatic...)

Heading down (Up?) the tunnel, the stream becomes narrower, faster, and deeper. After several turns, walking for about 300 feet or so, the group notices something ahead that's going to make progressing difficult.

A large creature, taking up the entirety of the passage, stands in the way. It's one of the more bizarre creatures, a white and green aberration. It has one leg and four long, slender arms. Each of its hands has a ring on it. Its "head" stares intently at the group, while a medallion covers part of a face on its torso.

Imotuyre recognizes that this is an exceptionally large ethereal filcher, and while its hard to find any emotions on it, it's easy to say that it can't be too happy to have a group walk in on its lair.

Malzra's spell goes off, but the creature continues staring.

(Even if it didn't pass its will save, technically, it's not holding anything. XD)

Using its lower arms (Its leg now seems to only provide support), it runs forward towards the group, and when its 10 feet away, it seems to vanish completely.

Nop, one standard action, as per the spell...

ooc: hmm, okay.. then she wont do it.
Christi looks at the mage.
"Is there anyway that you can make that thing visible? Or at least make it dark in here so that it cant see us?"

"Darkness will blind us all. However, thanks to Seren, we can bind the creature, I just need time."
That said, Imotuyre pulls out the True Strike scroll, and prepares to cast it on herself.

OOC: Gotta wait for my time in the field..

Malzra sighs, seeming all-too familiar with this.

He begins playing a small tune on the mystical guitar.

"When she was a kid she wanted to grow up and be a seer in a province town or County.
She thought it would be great if only someday she could ever be a townie.

She wanted to mix potions like mandrake root, pickeld hearts and some shark fins,
But now she sits in her room, watching us while feasting on some orphans.

She really dislikes adonis, and that overbearing hypocrite eriskigal.
She's pale and old and has lots of gold, but she's probably not our fem devalle.

She's wants to help Emyr,
she wants to eat orphan's souls,
doesen't wanna have to work for some hypocrits unforseen goals.

Ekzier activates his animated shield and takes a defensive stance with his mace gripped tightly i both hands ready to swing at the first sight of the Filcher.

"Anyone have any idea how to get this guy to reappear?"

"It wont be invisable for long...and it won't abandon it's pretty things without a fight."

While a bit repulsive at first, Malzra's song strengthens the group's conviction.

(+2 bonus against fear and charm, +2 on attack and damage rolls)

(Ekzier has a readied action to... attack defensively, I assume)

The writing on the scroll fades, and for a brief moment, the world seems incredibly clear to Imotuyre.

(Jarvis is up)

ooc: I'm in a readied position to attack if he appears within reach, but also in hopes that my animated shield will do it's job to try to deflect any attack that might come from the filcher.
