I hope this isn't a pointless post that pisses people off, but I need some help.

I have to set up a presentation for my Marketing class and I've got to "brand an image" for a product. I'm putting together a sassy/cute Japanese type image. I've spent the past few hours trying to make a logo in Paint Shop and getting very frustrated!

Would anybody be so kind as to make one up for me, please? I'm trying to make something like this:

very simple, just an outline, except without the head cocked, without the bow and much cuter. I'd like the lines to be thick and bright orange, likethis.

I want the expression on her face to be more like this

when she first closes her eyes, except with a little smile instead of an open mouth.

<----- kinda like this expression! It should be extremely simple if you've got the skillz and the software, so I hope I'm not asking too much. If anyone decides to help me out, thank you so much in advance.....and now I have to go and write 50 pages about it.
